This service includes assistance with minor repairs and maintenance of the home, garden and yard.
ORNATE CEILING & CORNICE SPECIALISTS
- Re-screw ceilings that have dropped
- Scrape all loose flaking paint back to a sound surface
- Apply one coat of Bond Crete mix to glue back ceiling
- Seal and undercoat all new plaster surfaces
- Finish the project with a high quality Flat or Sheen finish
INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL PAINTING
- Machine sand to a smoother finish
- Thoroughly clean surfaces to be painted
- Fill all holes and cracks with linseed oil putty and no more gaps
- Seal/prime any bare surfaces that may require it
- Ceilings apply 2 coats of flat acrylic
- Walls apply 2 coats of low sheen / satin acrylic
- Trims can be finished by apply 1 coat of undercoat follow by 1 coat of oil based enamel or 2 coats of water born enamel.
